The existing attack sheets and demo storyboards cover the 4 pre-drop ideas. KrishiSetu was picked this morning, so the actual deck had no Q&A defense kit and no rehearsable demo arc. These fill that gap, grounded in the verified numbers (proof ledger P1-P6) and the honesty framing. - Attack sheet: universal Qs + all 6 judge lenses + honesty card - Demo script: 2:50 arc matching S5/S6, offline beat as the money shot, simulator labels mandated on screen
