Manual intervention note: Decodex produced the scoped docs patch for XY-1151 but failed before review handoff and left retained worktree changes under active-label attention. I inspected the retained worktree and private evidence, ran validation, committed with decodex commit, pushed the branch, and opened this PR so Decodex can continue from a truthful handoff state.
