* **Full Data Provided (No Scan Required)**: If your CSV contains all the count columns (e.g., `Email Count`, `Contact Count`, etc.) for the workloads you selected in the UI, the tool completely skips the scanning phase and immediately calculates the ETAs. **In this scenario, no Microsoft App ID credentials are required** (you can leave Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret blank).
* **Partial Data Provided (Delta Scan)**: If you select workloads to scan (e.g., Contacts and In-Place Archives) but your CSV is missing those specific columns, the tool performs a "Delta Scan." It will use your CSV data for the columns provided and only run a live Microsoft Graph scan for the missing data types.
* **Credential Requirements**: Because a Delta Scan requires communicating with Microsoft Graph to fetch the missing data, **you must provide valid App ID credentials**. If you upload a CSV with missing columns and do not provide credentials, the tool will return an error: `Missing Credentials for Delta Scan (CSV missing some columns).`
