- Added update_lockfile.yml to automatically execute uv export and invoke peter-evans/create-pull-request to update pylock.toml. - Injects addlicense to prepend the Apache 2.0 license to the generated file. - Modified ci.yml to contain a check-lockfile job ensuring pylock.toml stays in sync with pyproject.toml per PRs.
