Update the multi-model-review community catalog entry from 0.1.1 to 0.1.2.

Changes

  • extensions/catalog.community.json: updated version, download_url, and updated_at for multi-model-review; refreshed top-level updated_at
  • docs/community/extensions.md: no change needed (description and row are unchanged)
