It is a paid product and is not licensed under any open-source license. Users must obtain a valid license/key and comply with our Terms of Service to use it.

+**What technological measures do you have in place and how do they effectively control access to your copyrighted material?**  
+
+Overdrive H uses several technological measures to control access to our copyrighted software and paid functionality:  
+
+A licensing/key system and whitelist: Users must obtain a valid key and complete our key system to be whitelisted. The software checks this key and hardware ID (HWID) on launch and during use. Without a valid key/whitelist, the executor will not run or will run in a limited state.  
+
+Paywall checks for Premium/Exclusive features: Certain features of Overdrive H are only available when the user’s account/HWID is flagged as Premium or Exclusive in our backend. The software performs license checks against our systems before enabling those features.  
+
+In the ordinary course of operation, these measures effectively control access to our copyrighted work because users must apply information we provide (a valid key/license and whitelisting through our system) to gain access to the full functionality of Overdrive H.  
+The infringing repository disables or bypasses these checks, allowing users to run Overdrive H and access Premium/Exclusive features without a valid license or whitelisting. This is circumvention of our technological protection measures under the DMCA.

+**How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?**  
+
+The accused project is explicitly designed as a cracked version of our Overdrive H software. Instead of requiring a valid key, whitelisting, or paid Premium/Exclusive license, the code has been modified so that:

+It removes or disables our license/key checks and HWID verification, allowing the executor to run without completing our key system or being whitelisted.  
+
+It forces Premium/Exclusive flags or skips paywall logic, so users get access to paid features even though their accounts/HWIDs are not licensed in our backend.  
+
+It is distributed publicly as a “free” build of Overdrive H, specifically advertising that users can bypass our normal purchase and activation process.  
+
+In other words, the accused project’s purpose is to let users run Overdrive H and use its paid functionality without applying the information required by our technological measures (valid key, whitelist, paid license), which is a direct circumvention of those measures.
