• bump the DHTTP workspace to the stable 0.6.0 release line
• align the DQuic, H3X, and Dyns dependency stack

• Surface: crates.io, npm, and PyPI, stable release
• Planned tag: v0.6.0
• Dependency gate: merge chore(identity): prepare dhttp-identity v0.3.0 #25 and publish dhttp-identity 0.3.0; publish the full workspace after H3X and Dyns are registry-visible

Verification

• Local tests were not run per release coordination instructions
• GitHub PR checks remain enabled
