This pull request adds icon support to the goal management functionality.

Changes made:

Updated the goal-related frontend API functionality.
Added goal icon support to the GoalManager.
Updated GoalsSection to display and handle goal icons.
Updated the emoji picker integration.
Removed the old EmojiPicker component as part of the updated implementation.
Verified that the frontend compiles and works successfully.

Testing:

Frontend compiled successfully.
Goal icon functionality was tested locally.
