docs: add privacy, security, and terms policies + README updates - #4

Renamed VersionInfo.java to ProjectInfo.java and updated all references in BotInfoListener and BotSetupListener. Replaced server and database location fields with privacy and terms links in ProjectInfo. Updated bot info and setup messages to use the new fields and improved information display.
