Add pull request web preview

Summary

The travel dashboard features are already in the repository: itinerary, trip essentials, budget tracking, checklist progress, notes, dark mode, mobile navigation, share/export tools and PWA support.

This PR adds a reusable web preview for every pull request, so future UI changes can be reviewed in a browser before merging.
