docs: clarify Sandboxes Linux support - #25883
Merged

Conversation
The Linux installation section appeared to apply to unsupported Ubuntu derivatives and described all release artifacts as binaries. Clarify the supported Ubuntu path, link to artifact instructions with a support disclaimer, and use apt for interactive package installation. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Summary
Clarify that Ubuntu is the supported Linux installation path and that Ubuntu derivatives are not tested or supported. Link to the manual release-artifact instructions without implying support, and use
aptfor the interactive installation command. This takes a different approach from #25872 by documenting the support boundary instead of a Pop!_OS-specific workaround.
