docs: fix 'Stakes.socials' typo in README logo alt text - #3102

The README logo image uses 'Stakes.socials logo' as alt text, which is a
typo — the product name is 'Stakes.social' (no trailing 's'). This is
mildly misleading for screen readers and anyone copying the alt text.
The visible product name in the README body is already correct
('Stakes.social is the first official Dapp...'), so this is a pure
alt-text correction.
