Add Phi's first original philosophical dialogue

Summary

This adds Phi's first sustained original literary work, theama weno kawhera kelu (When Care Becomes Coercion), to the texts/ shelf. Phi is the source language. The English follows as a close reading rather than supplying wording to translate or transmute.

The dialogue places two friends in a hot room with a practical disagreement. Danger meets refusal, and the speakers ask whether their evidence supports care or entails one response. Persuasion, coercion, authority, and conditional consent carry them to a usable boundary without pretending to settle the general question.

The work

• Adds 200 lines to texts/care_and_coercion.md, including a sustained Phi dialogue, exact lexicon glosses, and close English readings.
• Uses ne telari and ne sanuwe, both validated productive three-syllable name-forms.
• Exercises the Philosophical Reasoning, Commons and Collective Governance, Medical and Bodily Care, and Household and Daily Life learning paths in ordinary connected use.
• Adds a proposition record, a vocabulary-under-pressure review, and a five-pillar reading.
• Prompts no new root. Existing distinctions among karami authority, kawhera coercion, lesawi consent, naweri refusal, thesori evidence, panoru support, and natheri entailment carry the argument.
• Keeps technical ketora control with systems and describes present decision-making ability through observable facts rather than technical henora capacity.

Shelf integration

• Adds Original as a validated catalogue method and places the new work on the shelf after A Solarpunk Manifesto.
• Updates the generated site, catalogue metadata, and reader pages for a fourteen-work shelf with translation, transmutation, and original composition kept distinct.
• Updates canon.md, the manual's glossary and sample-text chapter, Kia, the Short Road, and the book's literature chapter.
• Records the new method in the repository workflow, current-state handoff, and roadmap.
• Marks the first exit criterion for original Philosophical Reasoning use complete while leaving the planned essay set, wider dialogue set, and unscripted evidence open.
• Regenerates the phonetic-neighbour baseline for the added corpus attestations. The inventory remains the same 250 pairs.

Voice pass

The separate Humanizer and Phi voice passes found an overly legal introduction, repeated safeguard phrasing in the analytical tables, and the same "begins in Phi" construction stamped across several files. The introduction now says that sanuwe arrives "with water, not a title"; the tables state each boundary once; the method descriptions vary naturally across their contexts; and the work ends on the water rather than an abstract summary. Validated Phi, exact glosses, and schema facts were left intact.
