What changed
Update the README's list of consumers so the transferred D2, D2 docs, Obsidian, playground, and VS Code repositories use their canonical
d2langorganization URLs. Repositories that still belong to Terrastruct remain unchanged.Why
The repository transfer left the shared CI documentation pointing at the former organization. GitHub redirects those links today, but the README should identify the current owners and avoid relying on redirects.
