Adopt upstream importer, enricher, scraper, extractor, and reporter vocabulary under one source-adapter boundary. Advance the reviewed things-enrichment-tools pin and document the evidence-driven reuse plan. Introduce configuration contract v2 with one metadata/records pool, paths.source_adapters, and hidden framework provenance. Derive page and editor exposure from projection policy while validating and projecting all Things. BREAKING CHANGE: configuration contract v1 and the canonical, reference, and integrations path keys are no longer accepted. Publish configuration contract 2 with one Things record pool and the source-adapter boundary. Record the upstream-reuse, parity, PAV, starter-profile, and static RDF roadmap. Advance the Things Schema to its PAV-prefix commit and enrichment tools to the current reviewed upstream head. Make full schema and consumer projection fixtures run from the durable engineering checkout. Include the Orinoco Lite MIT text in the runtime license inventory and add the deterministic v0.1.12 runtime source specification.
