Code for PMH tutorial as published in JSS.

This is hopefully the code for the version of the tutorial published in JSS. All the workspaces and figures used in the tutorial are available as an attached zip-file to this release.

No major changes have been done to the code since the last release, only the removal of the workspaces and plots to a separate file and changes in the README files as a consequence of this.

Code for arXiv draft v7

Complete refactorisation of code (changed names of variables and functions). Various updates and bug fixes.

The attached binaries does not contain R work-spaces or plots to limit its size.
