Overview
Bumps the shared logback.version property in relex/pom.xml from 1.5.25 to 1.5.33, which updates both logback-classic and logback-core at resolve time. No Java or logging configuration files are changed in this PR.

The newer Logback release includes security-related fixes (e.g. tighter deserialization whitelisting, SSL defaults, status-message escaping) that apply when those artifacts are on the classpath; behavior for typical RelEx file/console logging should stay the same aside from picking up those upstream changes.
