mise.toml に lefthook / gitleaks を追加し、pre-commitフックで - gitleaks: ステージ済み変更内のシークレットを検知してコミットをブロック - lint-staged: ステージ済みJS/TS/Astroファイルにprettier/eslintを実行 するよう設定した。README/AGENTS.mdにセットアップ手順を追記。 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

gitleaks: ステージされた差分にシークレットが含まれていればコミットをブロック（--stagedで差分のみ対象、実測0.3秒程度と軽量なのでpre-commit採用）lint-staged: ステージ済みJS/TS/Astroファイルにprettier/eslint --fixセットアップ
動作確認
