Cloakyard — useful tools, your data stays yours

🌱 What this is

Most tools that touch your private documents ask you to upload them first. Cloakyard builds the same tools without that step — the work happens in your browser or on your machine, so there is nothing to upload, nothing to breach, and nothing to trust us with.

Every project here is open source. The code is part of the product.

Some ideas are useful because they make you look twice.

🧭 Principles

🔓 Open source — the code is part of the product, and should be readable, auditable, and welcoming to improve.

🔒 Privacy by architecture — local processing and minimal network surfaces come before privacy copy.

🎨 Design with intent — privacy tools should also be legible, responsive, and pleasant to use.

🚫 No accounts. No telemetry. No analytics.

🤝 Contributing

Issues and pull requests are welcome on any repository in the yard. Start with the one you use.
