ladder: add ajmmm to sig-lb and docs-structure

Proposing adding myself to sig-lb and docs-structure in an effort to help out because both are I believe low on reviewers.

For sig-lb, I've been slowly building my own personal context of the LB implementations from v1.18 onwards.

• I have improved how Cilium handles packet forwarding loops.
• This required additional work to protect node-IPs from being inserted into LB data-path state to fix end-user reported issues.
• I have improved how the LB BPF reconciler handles programming of state when KPR is off, to fix other end-user reported issues.
• I have adding CI testing that has revealed issues with L7-LB in the context of netkit and per-endpoint routes.
• At the time of writing I have an outstanding PR to fix multiple regressions with CLRP.

For docs-structure, I've made some contributions but think I can add value in other areas here.

• I have contributed primarily around datapath modes, and the new automatic datapath mode, involved improving how we auto-generate feature metrics documentation.
• I've also tried to ensure LB upgrade notes are captured.

For both groups I think I can be more proactive by engaging in the review cycle to support the community while also continuing to build my own expertise.
