Moves the twelve version locations to
2.16.1-SNAPSHOT. Nothing but version strings changes.2.16.0is published and immutable — GitHub Packages will not accept a second upload at that coordinate. Leaving master on it means the next merge sits on a released version that can never be republished, so any attempt to publish again fails rather than shipping the change.Verification
