Adds Send (https://cantonwallet.com) to the Wallet Directory with self-attested feature support: CC transfers/holding, CC pre-approvals, CIP-0056 transfer + allocation, CIP-112 v2, CIP-0103 dApp API, WalletConnect, memo tags, key recovery, hardware wallet support, and integrated swaps.
