neptune.ai was acquired by OpenAI in December 2025 and the entire blog now 308-redirects to a press-release page, so the neptune.ai links below no longer lead to the referenced content.
This PR fixes 2 dead links in
100DaysOfMLCode/README.md: the ML experiment tracking article reference and the Neptune.AI blog entry in the blog list, both pointing to Wayback Machine snapshots pinned to the last working (HTTP 200) capture before the redirect took effect.
