The malformed-wheel tests can fail before inspecting their archives because
FindLinksServer::vendor()downloads the fixtures from GitHub. Check in the byte-identical wheels from thev2026.02.09.2release of astral-sh/futzed-wheels and serve them with the existing local file server. Remove their remote artifact entries so these cases no longer depend on release-asset delivery.Fixes #426.
