Automated refresh of .agents/wg/slack-context.md from the last 14 days of public working-group Slack channels (20 channels, 9 threads distilled, positions summarized without attribution).

This file is the Secretariat's only Slack input; the sensitive-path gate holds it for human review by design — merging is the review (see .agents/wg/constitution.md §Information sources and the record).

Argus is not auto-reviewing this PR because it modifies protected paths that require human review (.agents/wg/slack-context.md). A human reviewer should review and merge this PR; Argus will resume on subsequent PRs once these changes land on main.

The generated digest currently points the sell-side governance / section at #5754, but #5754 is the affiliate revenue-share pricing issue (the following section correctly uses it). That incorrect relationship would feed the Secretariat misleading context. Please regenerate/correct the sell-side governance value (or omit it if there is no GitHub issue) before this protected context file lands.

Correction to the elided identifiers in my review: the incorrect section is the sell-side governance / sync_policies section, and the field to correct or omit is Related.

Follow-up fix verified: the incorrect #5754 relationship is now omitted from the sell-side governance section while the affiliate section retains the correct reference. The protected Slack digest is now internally consistent; no unresolved review threads or CodeQL comments.
