Add a full user-guide section to the docs site covering every page of the Atom Next UI (tenants, entities, profiles, groups, resources, actions, permission blocks, roles, direct policies, authorization debugger, audit, operations, developer tools, and account settings), plus a quick-start walkthrough that builds one access-control scenario end to end. Includes ~90 light-theme screenshots captured from a live instance, with key action buttons highlighted.
