fix table, add cypress entry

Addressing two minor issues with the "Official Skills by" table:

1. The last row got off on cell count, wrapping the last few entries to a new row
2. I neglected to add a "Cypress" entry in my PR Add Skills by Cypress section #623 , tacking on a new cell for that
