just as the rainblower displays as the stock flamethrower for players not in pyroland, the lollichop is supposed to display as the stock fireaxe. However, it currently displays as nothing at all, because the hardcoded vision filter translations reference an outdated filepath for the fireaxe model. This commit fixes this issue, referencing the current c_model for the fireaxe (the same one referenced in the lollichop's item definition as its intended alternate)

The Rainblower and Lollichop are meant to appear to other players who aren't in Pyroland as the stock Flamethrower and Fireaxe, respectively.
The Rainblower works correctly in this regard, and the Lollichop used to, but currently does not, instead appearing completely invisible to players not in Pyroland, making the Pyro wielding the Lollichop appear completely empty-handed.
This commit fixes this issue, which seems to be the result of the hardcoded vision filter translations table still referencing the old out-of-date w_model for the fireaxe.
