In order to solve #247 I've added extra information for policies to be able to decide on that.
I've added request URL, method and headers. Also added response status, and headers.
To do this, I had to modify
TrueLayer/retry-policiesrepository and added anextrasparameter. See TrueLayer/retry-policies#30.In my particular case, I needed a way to make a custom policy to be able to decide on whether a response header is present or not.
