• Updates Game Hub handoff action copy to Open Journey.
• Extends the Idea Board end-to-end flow to verify Ready Idea -> Create Project -> Game Hub -> Game Journey, including editable generated Journey items.
• Confirms editing a generated Journey item does not mutate the Game Hub Source Idea notes.
