Summary

• Aligns active Project Instructions with the current team-neutral daily branch workflow: SOD from synced main, day work on the active team branch/workstream, no return to main between stacked/sequential PRs, and EOD return to synced main.
• Adds and strengthens Product Owner testable completion criteria.
• Replaces completion-gate Creator-testable wording with Product Owner testable wording while preserving public/product Creator language where appropriate.
• Adds the no-shell completion rule: page/tool/MVP completion PRs may not stop at route creation, shell creation, placeholder UI, static mock layout, or navigation activation unless explicitly requested.
• Strengthens page-level Playwright completion gates for route rendering, navigation, no placeholder-only completed states, primary workflows, and save/load/validation where applicable.
• Confirms Browser -> API -> Database, one shared API/service contract, and Local API as the shared API running locally.
• Adds page-path Playwright organization rules and examples.
• Fixes the active team assignment mismatch for the Delta active assignment.
• Aligns Sprites ownership/backlog to Team Charlie Sprites canvas editor MVP and removes Bravo Sprite Studio V2 active backlog wording.
