• PASS: main and origin/main matched at 6d94477bb0ae9f63dd1466dbb89e4a437b8749b0 before branch creation.
• PASS: GitHub API inventory returned 33 open PRs.
• PASS: git diff --check.

• PASS: ZIP contents verified as repo-structured docs_build/dev/reports/... entries.
