Summary

• Nests expanded Idea Board notes inside a shared child surface with a deeper left inset.
• Aligns Add Note to the same child text edge as normal note rows and inline note input rows.
• Adds targeted Playwright assertions for normal, edit, and add note states without changing accordion or action behavior.
