This deletion leaves fdir's optional peer slot for picomatch without any package entry in the lockfile, so clean installs with Node 20/npm 11 now fail before the build: npm ci --ignore-scripts --dry-run reports Missing: picomatch@ from lock file, while the parent lockfile succeeds. The repo does not pin npm away from that version, and the PR/CD workflows use Node 20 followed by npm ci in apps/web, so the dependency bump can block fresh installs until the node_modules/svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch lock entry is restored.
