背景
README 顶部两处打磨：标题用的是 🎬 剪贴板 emoji，而不是真实的 app 图标；徽章之前是纯文字 emoji 版。
改动与实现
launchers/macos/make_icon.py生成的图标（靛蓝圆角 + 播放键 + 字幕条，即 .app 实际用的那个）导出为assets/icon.png（512×512），像 Shiftly 那样放在标题上方 128px 居中；标题去掉 🎬 emoji，改为纯# Scripto验证
assets/icon.png未被 .gitignore 屏蔽，已随提交入库（3775 bytes）ci.yml（main 上已跑绿）
