package.json: benefit-leddescription, exactdisplayName, 5 indexedkeywords,categories(Other/AI/Visualization),galleryBanner— carries Marketplace search ranking now that displayName alone doesn't.README.md: first screen reordered to icon/H1/tagline → board GIF → Install → Why LoopBoard → Quick start (extension-based, not F5); beta/breaking-change notices and all deep sections (storage, how it works, sidebar, build, using it, settings, security, usage volume) moved below the fold, kept in full. F5 instructions relabeled "Development / Contributing" so they're not mistaken for user install steps. Security model and Usage volume text is byte-for-byte unchanged.media/screenshot-board.gif: placeholder only — a loop cannot record a real screen capture; the real asset still needs to be captured (New → Backlog → In Progress → Review card movement) and dropped in place.Test plan
