test: add core Quran reader coverage

• Add Vitest/jsdom configuration and Quran data access coverage.
• Add granular tests for audio playback timing, API fallback, bookmarks, and progress tracking.
• Fix streak calculation so local YYYY-MM-DD dates are not shifted by UTC parsing.
