Updates the standalone MCP mirror to describe automatic email validation on subscriber imports and expose the resulting hygiene counts. Documents email-hygiene suppression alongside bounce and complaint protections across tool definitions and the README. Adds focused subscriber-tool coverage for the new import status fields. Validated with the build, TypeScript type-check, and all 449 tests.
