GCP_SSH_KEY(개인키) 파싱 실패 이슈로, scp/ssh 스텝의 인증을 password(GCP_SSH_PASSWORD) + port(GCP_SSH_PORT) 방식으로 전환. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
