Fix problems in setup_package.sh parallel extraction - #264

setup_package.sh were not extracting all packages because of a communication problem. This should fix this by moving the initialization and destruction to the proper places. Signed-off-by: Giuliano Belinassi <gbelinassi@suse.de>
