Added instructions for selecting a case template during case creation and clarified that applying a template is optional.
Added sections on custom fields, notebook, and case templates to enhance documentation on case management.

@Sengthay can you please review this doc for cases template? There are some missing screenshots, as I couldn't find any session without a lot of "test" or other crappy stuff that we don't want to showcase. Feel free to send some to me or indicate where I could take some clean screenshots myself. |
Replace the screenshot placeholders in the create and apply articles with the captured UI, and state the full custom field merge rule: an existing value is kept, an empty field takes the template's value.
Keep the new custom statuses, verdicts and priorities section from main and re-apply the case template additions on top of it.

@alexane-bougeardbebin-sekoia I've added the screenshots and did minor changes. I resolved the conflict with main branch. Looks good to me. |
