Quar is a lightning-fast, privacy-focused QR code scanner designed for macOS. It bridges the gap between your clipboard, local files, and the web, allowing you to extract and open QR-linked URLs instantly without the hassle of opening a browser or a full-scale scanning application.
- Clipboard Intelligence: Automatically detects QR codes in your copied images and prompts you with the link.
- Folder Monitoring: Point Quar to any directory (e.g., your Desktop or Downloads), and it will automatically process new images added to that folder.
- Menu Bar Integration: A native, unobtrusive experience that sits in your status bar, always ready, never in your way.
- Privacy First: Everything happens locally on your machine. Your images and data are never uploaded to any server.
- Download the latest version of Quar from the Official Release Page.
