Summary

New OpenSpec change align-shared-artifact-inventory-ui — planning only (proposal / specs / design / tasks).

Addresses the gap vs design mocks: Change Detail still uses the old stepper + chip strip, and Dashboard has no Complete Artifact Inventory. This change requires one shared ArtifactInventory for both surfaces.

Scope

  • Shared Host ArtifactInventory (defined + other)
  • Changes Workspace / Dashboard: selected-change Schema cards + Other Artifacts · Not defined in schema
  • Change Detail: Plan Readiness cards, remove fixed Proposal→Archive stepper as primary readiness UI, Execution Progress, richer header, same Inventory
  • Builds on add-complete-artifact-inventory (scan + reveal)

Out of scope

Store Add Operation / Quick View full IA, Workset Workspace redesign, full Rendered|Source editor chrome.

Validation

openspec validate align-shared-artifact-inventory-ui --strict

Ready for /opsx:apply when you want implementation.

Plan shared ArtifactInventory for Changes Workspace and Change Detail,
with Plan Readiness cards and v4-aligned Other Artifacts UI.
