Replace the full MoRI test matrix with a single two-node job that builds bench_engine and runs a 1-32 MiB GPU write sweep at batch sizes 1 and 64. Disable pre-commit and CCO workflows on this branch so dummy PRs only trigger the perf benchmark. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Use --enable-sess and 8 QPs (drop --batch-contiguous) for batch=1 best effort. Run matching tests/python/io/benchmark.py sweeps via run_internode_io_benchmark.sh alongside bench_engine; upload both result artifacts. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
