docs(tutorials): add SGLang lab and overhaul troubleshooting

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds a new Lab 7 tutorial for running the SGLang LLM framework with HAMi, including Kubernetes manifests for resource isolation (nvidia.com/gpucores and nvidia.com/gpumem). It also completely overhauls the Troubleshooting guide by adding a Mermaid.js diagnostic flowchart and organizing issues into Installation, Scheduling, and Runtime categories.

We need it to fill the documentation gap for modern AI workloads beyond vLLM, and to provide a structured diagnostic approach for users encountering Pod scheduling and runtime errors.
