Record D-143: P5-EX extends packs/tests/docs (YAML/JSON/HCL/tfvars) and closes REF-EX C1–C8; do not implement P5-DEM for this operator ask.
REQ-EX-S10-04 diffs schemas against tag v0.1.0 (AUD-S18/D-132), not the working tree. REQ-EX-S07-05 -run matches TestAssentTestNeverCallsProviderHost.
