- refactor matching strategy to include three levels: exact, line-by-line, and whitespace-normalized fuzzy - update documentation to reflect new matching strategy - simplify output formats in build mode contract - streamline allowed output formats
- add logic to parse and process <<<<<<< FILE_CREATE blocks - update PatchManager.Apply to handle new files directly - modify DispatchStrategy signature to include Intent type - implement ENV_DEPS guard based on intent classification
- apply semantic repository updates
- introduce patterns for sanitizing test logs and runtime details
