MolTranscode is currently an alpha project. Security and data-integrity fixes are applied to the latest release and the main branch.

Please use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting for this repository. Do not open a public issue for credentials, unpublished molecular structures, or other sensitive research data.

Include the affected version, a minimal reproduction using non-confidential data, and the expected impact. Maintainers will acknowledge a report as soon as practical and coordinate disclosure after a fix is available.
