feat(preview): add Vivid Player to external players

Adds Vivid Player (Windows) to the video-preview external-player list, alongside PotPlayer / VLC / mpv / etc.

Vivid Player is a GPU-accelerated HDR video player for Windows (Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR Vivid, HLG, Dolby Atmos). It registers the vividplayer:// protocol and accepts an already-playable direct URL via its src=direct handoff, so OpenList's signed direct link maps straight onto it — no companion backend change needed:

vividplayer://play?src=direct&u=$edurl&title=$name

• u uses $edurl (the encodeURIComponent'd direct link) so the link's own query string (&sign=...) survives intact inside the handoff URI.
• title=$name is placed last so an unencoded filename cannot corrupt u (same convention as the existing Android / MX Player entries).
• Gated to platforms: ["Windows"].
• Adds public/images/vivid.webp (256×256) as the button icon.
