Flagged as a manual estimate (not live-priced); the "where these prices come from" panel stays the four priced services. Implements a future-work item from the #221 cost-estimate analysis.

Adds a lightweight Estimate resource to the AWS cost calculator: pick a service (CloudFront, Amplify, Secrets Manager, Route 53, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, KMS, WAF, Data transfer, Other) + a flat $/mo that contributes to the grand total, the per-service chip, and the CSV / Markdown / HTML exports. Flagged as a manual estimate (not live-priced); the "where these prices come from" panel stays the four priced services.
Implements future-work item #4 from the #221 cost-estimate analysis (PR #222) — gives the app a way to reflect the full monthly picture for supporting services we don't price live.
Verify:
tsc --noEmitclean,vite buildgreen; adding a CloudFront estimate ($10) shows anESTIMATE $10.00chip and rolls into the grand total.
